What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling service bookings and customer enquiries (phone, email, and in-person)
- Creating job cards and updating service records
- Liaising with technicians and updating customers on progress
- Advising customers on services, repairs, and maintenance
- Delivering excellent customer service from start to finish
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor (motor trade essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A team player with a can do attitude
- Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A friendly, approachable manner with a customer first mindset
