If you're a talented Front End Developer with experience in Wordpress development and a pinch of entrepreneurial interest, then we're looking for you!
We're a small company active in the performance marketing space, and are constantly building innovative marketing assets for internal use or for our small set of innovative clients. As a team of experienced web marketers and entreprenuers, we now need a Front End Web Developer to help us turn our ideas and designs into websites and software solutions.
We're passionate about creating pixel-perfect websites that stand out from the crowd and ensure we drive traffic, conversion and leads.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful and functional websites, as well as a strong understanding of modern web technologies. An interest in affiliate marketing, UX and/or emergent Web3 technologies would be a great plus!
We are looking for a candidate with experience with WordPress, with the ability to develop custom themes and a passion for UI/UX design.
In addition to new projects the role requires ongoing development and improvements to our current portfolio of client sites.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Create bespoke WordPress themes from mock ups
- Working knowledge of JavaScript
- Knowledge and experience of using cPanel
- Aware of SEO principles and the impact on site architecture
- An excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate with internal team members
- Ability to interact and communicate with our clients
- PHP, MySQL
- Experience of API’s, end points, web hooks
Responsibilities
- Accurately forecasting and scoping of new project timeline
- Maintaining, expanding, and scaling our current portfolio of websites
- Full control of the build process and technologies employed and utilised
- Implement responsive designs that work across various devices and screen sizes
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
Skills
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and best practices for web performance optimization is a plus
