Town & Country Property Auctions is looking for an enthusiastic, driven and personable Property Auction Valuer/Auctioneer to cover Cardiff, Newport and the surrounding areas.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and helping clients achieve the best possible outcome when selling their property.
Whether you’re an experienced estate agent, auction professional, valuer, business development manager, or someone with strong sales experience looking for a fresh challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
- Carry out property valuations and explain the auction process to potential sellers.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals and relationship building.
- Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, solicitors and property professionals.
- Follow up enquiries and convert leads into instructions.
- Guide clients through the auction process from instruction to sale.
- Represent the company professionally within your local area.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Confident meeting clients face-to-face.
- A full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
- Previous property or sales experience is preferred but not essential—we value attitude and personality just as highly.
