Overview of Role
We are looking for a professional and highly organised Administrator to join our Cambridge office, providing administrative and secretarial support to our Residential and Commercial Property teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. The role is varied and responsible position, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Residential team and Commercial Property Surveyors.
- Managing diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Preparing (typing from dictation and or notes) correspondence, reports, valuation documents, and property particulars.
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails professionally and efficiently.
- Maintaining client records and property databases.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, surveyors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Assisting with the preparation of property marketing materials.
- Filing, scanning, and maintaining electronic and paper records.
- Supporting the wider team with general office administration and ad hoc tasks.
- Responsibility for the office administrative functions
- Ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for clients and visitors.
Requirements
- Have previous experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office support role.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Have a professional and confident telephone manner.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Property sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Core working hours are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 17.30pm.
