Ramside Hall Hotel are recruiting for a reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our busy kitchen team.
Just a 5-minute drive from the historic city of Durham, Ramside Hall Hotel offers 127 luxurious bedrooms and suites, each with its own unique charm and stunning views across 350 acres of private grounds.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in producing consistently high quality food. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering an excellent breakfast experience for our hotel guests, from preparing the buffet to cooking fresh dishes to order.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with experience of working as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef.
You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, have impeccable standards of cleanliness with the ability to work confidently and efficiently during busy services.
The role offers up to 40 hours per week and will include weekend working.
