Right Room is an independently owned lettings agency who specialise in standard let-and-manage, guaranteed rent, and lease options across London and the South Coast. The Fareham branch is an established office with a branch manager on site and a strong existing portfolio.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our Fareham branch. You will manage the full lettings process end-to-end, from registering applicants and conducting viewings through to negotiating offers and overseeing move-in. You will have the support of an experienced branch manager and an existing landlord portfolio to work with from day one.
This is a genuine earning opportunity for someone who is target-driven, experienced, and ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting viewings and following up proactively
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Managing the lettings process from offer agreed through to move-in
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
- Generating new instructions and contributing to branch growth
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and property portal listings
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in residential lettings (preferred but not essential for strong candidates)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused
- Target-driven with a strong desire to earn and progress
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
