Responsibilities:
- Supervise and delegate the activities of staff members to ensure efficient operations
- Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high cleanliness standards
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the retail industry desirable
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- In store bakery experience is a plus
- Proven track record in team management or supervisory role
