The role
This is a hands-on leadership role within a busy, cocktail-led venue where standards matter.
We're looking for someone who understands that great bars are built around people. While strong product knowledge is important, your ability to lead a team, engage with guests, and create a positive atmosphere throughout the venue is what will set you apart.
You'll work closely with the leadership team to drive standards, develop the team, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.
What we're looking for
- Experience managing a team within a quality drinks-led environment
- A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong cocktail, wine, beer, and spirits knowledge
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Someone who leads from the front and is visible on the floor
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High personal standards and attention to detail
- The confidence to engage naturally with guests and build relationships with regulars
Experience within premium bars, cocktail venues, or quality hospitality businesses would be a significant advantage.

- Leading and developing the bar team

- Supporting recruitment, training, and team development
- Building relationships with guests and the local community
- Working alongside the General Manager to deliver strong commercial performance
