Overview
MK Project Services are seeking a reliable labourer to work along side tradesman or at times independently on an office building in Newport and a domestic site in Chepstow. Ongoing work could be offered to the right candidate.
Pay
Self employed CIS labourer: £150 per day (pre deductions) for an 8 hour working day. 07:30-16:00. Standard 30min beak at 10:00 and 30min break at 13:00. 1 break is unpaid.
Duties
- Work safely
- Assist carpenter with the prep off oak sleepers
- Assist groundworker with setting steel support posts for oak sleepers
- Assist carpenter on 1st fix carpentry
- Assist bricklayer
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to minimise risks on site.
- Provide and maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Operatives must be able to use their own initiative and work with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- CSCS Labourers card
A CBR check is requested. The cost of this will be reimbursed by MK Project Services
