Exciting new opportunity for Assistant Manager at Devonshire Arms Mellor
We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced and driven manager to join our team and lead from the front. We are looking for someone that is well organized, motivated and a passion to deliver great customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our pub supporting the General Manager.
You will need to have an understanding of how a kitchen works as we are looking for a manager who is not afraid of getting their hands dirty.
The Role:
- Able to motivate and mange teams. creating a positive work environment.
- Run a slick service , managing both front and back house seamlessly whilst give guest 100%
- Confident communicator, continually refining leadership skills
- Awesome at organising and multitasking
- manage bookings, guest experience, labour and daily operations
- confident in open and closing business
- take responsibility for the venue when senior management is not present
what your bring:
- Previous management or strong supervisory experience in hsopitlity
- A natural, down to earth leadership style
- Confidence in running busy food led pub
- high standards, strong attention to detail and calm head under pressure
- Flexibility to work a mix of days, evening and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
