About the role
This role of a bartender in a restaurant is to ensure that guests have an excellent dining experience by providing stellar customer service. Madhu's Restaurant is seeking a professional bartender to join our dynamic team and elevate our beverage offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a wide range of high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to our guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for patrons.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of various spirits, wines, and beers, and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative drink specials that complement our menu offerings.
- Adhere to all legal and safety guidelines regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a professional bartender in a high-volume establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and garnishes.
- Strong understanding of various types of spirits, wines, and beers.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and delicious drinks.
- Must be of legal drinking age and hold any necessary certifications required by local regulations.
