Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, corridors, and communal spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to health and safety standards
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in line with company policies
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet roll to ensure continuous availability
- Follow health and safety procedures during cleaning tasks to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning to the supervisor promptly
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, health standards, and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues effectively
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Reliability and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
