LUV Infinity Group is looking for a Bookings & Events Manager to lead group-wide artist bookings, ticketed events, and commercial partnerships across our portfolio of leading UK nightlife brands.
Working at Head Office level, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-impact events across some of the UK’s most recognisable venues, including OMG Clubs, Dorothy’s, The Cider Press, and more.
You’ll own the end-to-end bookings and events function across LUV Infinity Group. You’ll work closely with local promoters, agents, student organisations, and venue teams to deliver profitable, on-brand events that drive footfall, ticket sales, and brand growth across the group. This role suits someone who understands both the creative energy and commercial realities of nightlife.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing, booking, and managing artists, DJs, performers, and headline acts across all LUV Infinity Group venues
- Building strong working relationships with local and national promoters, agents, and suppliers
- Planning and delivering ticketed events, from concept through to performance analysis
- Developing B2B partnerships and sponsorships, including universities, student unions, societies, and commercial brands
- Owning and maintaining the group-wide bookings & events CRM
- Identifying and activating new revenue-driving opportunities across the venue portfolio
- Working closely with venue management to ensure events are well executed, commercially successful, and on-brand
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in events, bookings, nightlife, or entertainment
- Strong network across promoters, agents, artists, or student communities
- Commercially minded with a focus on revenue and ROI
- Confident negotiator with excellent relationship management skills
- Highly organised and comfortable working across multiple venues and stakeholders
- Passion for nightlife, events, and delivering standout experiences
£27,000 - £40,000 with OTE
