The role of Talent Attraction Partner:
- Recruit across a range of roles and seniority levels within multiple functions
- Source and deliver on specialist and niche roles using a mix of direct sourcing, market mapping, and targeted attraction strategies
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide insight on hiring strategy
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout
The ideal Talent Attraction Partner:
- Confident in direct sourcing and filling niche roles
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders with a consultative approach to hiring
- Strong experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Proactive, organised, and focused on delivering a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience
An initial 6-month contract with an immediate start available following interview, joining a fast-paced organisation.
