How you’ll make an impact:
- Inspiring, motivating and managing teams across multiple locations to achieve outstanding performance
- Managing budgets effectively, identifying opportunities to drive financial growth and maximise profitability
- Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and key stakeholders while maintaining clear and effective communication across all sites
- Producing management reports and working collaboratively with clients to deliver innovative, customer-focused menu solutions
- Ensuring full compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety legislation, environmental policies and all relevant legal requirements
- Promoting a culture of safety, wellbeing and duty of care for both customers and colleagues
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday | 40 Hours Per Week | Term Time Only
Salary: £40,000 Per Annum | £22.42 Per Hour

- Proven experience managing and developing teams across multiple sites
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the confidence to build positive relationships at all levels
- A proactive, self-motivated and innovative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Previous experience within multi-site contract catering
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and driving performance
