Prestige Car Sales Executive – Oakdene Collection
Location: Alfreton
Salary: £75,000 – £150,000 OTE
Hours: 9:00am–5:30pm, structured 4-week rotation (see below)
We don’t do walk-ins. We don’t do forecourt sales.
At Oakdene Collection, we operate solely as an online click & collect dealership — selling everything over the phone to customers nationwide. Our process is refined, professional, and built around trust, efficiency, and results.
We currently stock around 175 prestige cars and deliver 130–150 vehicles every month — meaning we turn our entire stock monthly. That’s massive volume in the luxury sector, and it means one thing: huge opportunity to perform, earn, and grow.
Now, as we prepare to double our stock levels, we’re looking to bring on more like-minded high achievers who thrive in a fast-paced, elite environment.

- Proven top performer in automotive sales.
- Skilled at closing deals remotely — confident, structured, and persuasive over the phone.
- Excels in selling finance, warranty, and ceramic protection as part of a premium buying experience.
