A law firm headquartered in London is currently looking for an experienced CIS region/Russian qualified lawyer to assist on firm's projects on an hourly (project) basis.
The successful candidate will:
\u2022 have UK/US legal qualifications - LLM, GDL, LPC (an advantage but not a requisite);
\u2022 have a Russian law degree;
\u2022 have at least three years' experience with an international or reputable law firm or an inhouse department;
\u2022 be familiar with the rules of arbitration of major arbitration centers like LCIA and ICC (an advantage but not a requisite);
\u2022 experience in private client work (an advantage but not a requisite);
\u2022 be fluent in Russian and English, both oral and written;
\u2022 have advanced level of IT literacy (knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ability to touch type, experience of formatting documents);
\u2022 have strong translating, advisory and drafting skills;
\u2022 have a right to work in the UK without restrictions;
\u2022 have high level of self-motivation, self-dependence.
This position is offered on a self-employed consultancy basis. The hourly rates vary and will depend on the experience and the results of the interviews and the case study.
