We are Anthony Nolan. We unite people and science – matching stem cell donors to those in need of transplants and treatments and growing our world-leading stem cell register, so everyone can find the lifesaving match they need.
Thanks to Shirley and Anthony Nolan, our register of almost a million potential donors, our cell and gene therapy research and our expertise in stem cell transplants, we currently help four patients a day in need of a transplant, giving more people another chance to live.
Driven by patients, backed by stem cell donors, and powered by science, we won’t stop until we’ve unlocked the cures, treatments and transplants that will transform the future for more patients. And together, we can reach the remarkable day where every patient who needs us can not only survive, but thrive.
If you're inspired by this vision, and feel you have the skills and experience we need to help achieve it, we'd love you to join our lifesaving team.
We are looking for a Research Officer to join our Patient Services team.
Title: Research Officer - Patient Services
Salary: £43,500 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

You will play a key role in developing and delivering Anthony Nolan’s Patient Services research portfolio, with a particular focus on qualitative research. You will support the design and delivery of key research studies, exploring how patient experiences and wider social determinants of health influence recovery, wellbeing and long-term survivorship.
Through the generation of robust evidence on patient outcomes and experiences, you will contribute to improving future patient services, care pathways, and support for individuals undergoing cellular therapy.
