We are a busy, fast-paced restaurant looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and thrives in a high-volume kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and hygienic at all times.
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Emptying bins and maintaining waste disposal areas.
- Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors.
- Receiving and storing deliveries correctly.
- Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Working Hours
Full-Time Shift
- 10:00am – 2:00pm
- 5:00pm – 10:00pm
- 3-hour unpaid break between shifts
Part-Time Options
- 10:00am – 2:00pm (Lunch Shift)
- 5:00pm – 10:00pm (Evening Shift)
Weekend availability is required.

Experience
- Kitchen Porter: 1 year preferred (not essential)
