ATCS require a Care co-ordinator to work alongside our existing team.
The role will include.
- Assisting with the co-ordination of static care rotas
- Creating, reviewing, and updating service users files/care packages.
- Assisting with the co-ordination of care packages
- On-call duties on a rostered basis which will include weekends
- Assisting with the completion relief/unallocated calls as required which could include evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Competency/spot check on staff
To fulfill this role, you will require;
- A good working knowledge of relevant legislation and standards with a minimum of QCF L2 or equivalent. L3 desirable
- Good interpersonal skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative.
- Have a full driving license with access to a car
In return we will give you
· Your hourly rate will be £14.49
· An additional allowance for on-call duties
· You will be provided with a free uniform
· You will be allocated 5.6 weeks holidays which includes bank holidays
