Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Part Timr Server. As a Server at Chotto Matte, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly and accurately to your restaurant section
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and responding promptly to requests
- Work closely with the kitchen, Hosts, Runners and Bar staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server / Waiter or a Runner, preferably in a high-volume restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
