Initial - 3 month contract with a view to extension or perm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader to support the running of a well established Children's Residential Service in Belper, Derbyshire. This is a key position within a truly child‑centred service, where every decision begins with one priority: putting the care and welfare of our children above everything else.

Role Responsibilities:
- Support the Management in leading the home and team
- Champion safeguarding, emotional wellbeing, and therapeutic practice
- Supervise staff, manage rotas, and lead shifts with confidence
- Contribute to care planning, incident reporting, and inspection readiness
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and professionals
- Supporting the team and running of the shifts
To be successful you will:
- Experience in a Team Leader position or senior position within children’s residential care, ideally EBD or complex needs
- Level 3 or above in Children's Residential Care
