Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our existing maintenance team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and safety of our equipment and facilities through preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical, electrical, and supervisory skills to contribute to a dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance work throughout the hotel.
- Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical work, adjustments, and component replacements.
- Decorative work within bedrooms and communal areas.
- Collaborate with external contractors on hotel projects, where required.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts utilised for documentation purposes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all maintenance operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal needs promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance roles within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proven plumbing, electrical and joinery skills.
- The ability to work alone, as well as within a team.
