What You’ll Be Doing Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and connect with potential SME customers through calls, emails, and social outreach
- Introduce the company’s logistics solutions and generate interest
- Qualify leads and book meetings
Customer Engagement
- Build early relationships with prospects and understand their business needs
- Learn about customer shipping challenges and spot opportunities to add value
- Represent the brand professionally and confidently in all interactions
Training & Development
- Take part in a structured 12-month entry-level training programme
- Learn core sales skills including prospecting, objection handling, and communication
- Develop through classroom sessions, on-the-job experience, and coaching from experienced sales leaders
