We are looking for a Reliability Engineer who will drive equipment performance, reduce failures, and support long-term asset reliability in our plant. You will combine data analysis with hands-on shopfloor collaboration and play a key role in Long-Term Asset Planning (LTAP) and Capex decisions.
- Analyze maintenance data, identify trends, and lead root cause analyses (RCFA)
- Support troubleshooting of critical equipment issues and drive reliability improvements
- Define and optimize maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, lubrication, failure-finding)
- Lead FMECA for critical assets and improve maintenance plans
- Optimize spare parts strategy and support technical evaluations with suppliers
- Manage LTAP, assess asset condition and risks, and define long-term investment plans
- Provide reliability input to Capex projects and ensure high standards for new equipment
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or similar)
- 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability or asset management
- Strong knowledge of RCFA, FMECA, and predictive maintenance tools
- Experience with SAP PM or similar systems
- Analytical mindset with strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
