Self-Employed Airbnb Cleaner (Flexible Work)

Overview
This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services for short term rental properties. You will work independently, ensuring each property is maintained to the highest standard and ready to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
The Role
You will complete full property changeovers between guest stays, ensuring every property is spotless, fully prepared, and professionally presented.
Pay & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces
- Make beds to a hotel/Airbnb standard and manage linen changes
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect all surfaces to company standards
- Clean appliances including ovens, hobs, fridges, and microwaves
- Restock guest essentials and supplies as required
- Submit before-and-after photo reports
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
- Manage time effectively to meet strict check-in deadlines
- Maintain professionalism, respecting guest privacy and property standards
- Occasionally assist with basic setup of kitchen items or light guest preparation if required
What We’re Looking For
- Must be self employed
- Proven experience in Airbnb, hotel housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial cleaning preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organised
- Strong attention to detail with high personal standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must know how to make beds to a professional hotel/Airbnb standard
- Confident using a smartphone for job updates and reporting
- Good customer service skills and professional attitude
- Proactive and able to identify issues quickly
- Must have a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Own cleaning equipment and supplies preferred
Working Hours
Flexible shifts, typically between 10:00am – 4:00pm
Additional work available during weekends and peak periods
