We currently have a vacancy for a Class 2 HGV Driver to join the team at our Berwick branch, covering Northumberland and Scottish Borders.
Within this customer facing role you will be responsible for:
-The safe and efficient operation of a flatbed lorry with crane, carrying out multi drop deliveries to sites, workshops and houses.
-Providing an effective delivery service to customers as necessary.
-Assist in the yard/warehouse when required.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes and qualifications:
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
-Must hold a relevant up to date Class 2 Licence and up to date CPC training.
-A HIAB Certificate or equivalent would be preferred but not essential for this role.
-Knowledge of the local area is essential.
The full time hours for the role are 39 per week, Monday to Friday.
