Aesthetician/Therapist for Front of house handling Sales and Enquiries
Starting pay: £25,000 - 30,000 p/a pro rata plus bonus (dependent on performance)
Hours: Approx 47 hours per week (Between Monday - Saturday with 2 days off).
Location: Wimpole Street, Central London W1

Main Responsibilities
A front-of-house (FOH) therapist handling sales and enquiries is the crucial bridge between a client's first point of contact and their clinic experience. Their primary mission is to convert inquiries into bookings by acting as a knowledgeable wellness expert. Key responsibilities include:
- Consultative Sales & Booking: Answering calls, messages/emails, and walk-in inquiries with a focus on understanding the client's needs. Recommend specific treatments, packages, or home-care products and guide the client seamlessly through the booking process.
- Expert Consultation: Conducting thorough pre-treatment consultations to assess client goals, skin or body concerns, and potential contraindications.
- Lead Conversion & Follow-up: Tracking prospective clients, reaching out to past visitors with personalized offers, and managing the clinic’s booking and CRM systems to drive repeat business.
- Client Retention & Up-selling: Educating clients on the long-term benefits of regular treatments and upgrading services or recommending retail products to enhance their results.
- First-Class Hospitality: Managing the reception desk, maintaining a serene and welcoming environment, and ensuring a seamless, luxurious experience from the moment the client arrives.
Training will be provided to acclimatise you to the role.
Other:
Filing, general up-keep of the office/clinic and occasionally assist with pre & post treatments if necessary.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in General Beauty minimum or equivalent with some knowledge and experience in Aesthetic treatments desirable.
Well spoken with strong communication and excellent English language skills.
Friendly, pleasant with phone etiquette and customer service skills
Organisational skills to manage the sales processes effectively
Pro-active, motivated and enthusiastic with a great work attitude.
Strong sales background skills and experience
