Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across our commercial premises.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, washrooms, and communal areas, ensuring all surfaces are hygienic and presentable
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas regularly and efficiently
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure bins are emptied frequently
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely according to health and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning to the supervisor promptly
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency and quality standards
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning products and equipment
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to adapt to different environments and handle various cleaning tasks efficiently
Pay: £12.71 per hour
