Role Description: This is a full-time/part-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Uxbridge. The candidate would need to have a car. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, and coordination of maintenance and repairs. The role includes conducting regular property inspections, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring properties comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. The Property Manager will prepare budgets, monitor operating expenses, and support reporting on property performance to ownership and senior management. The position also involves assisting with marketing vacant units, screening prospective tenants, and supporting lease renewals to help maximise occupancy and rental income.
Qualifications:
- Strong property operations skills, including lease administration, rent collection, and day-to-day building management.
- Experience coordinating maintenance, repairs, and vendor services, with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage tenant relationships, handle inquiries, and address concerns professionally.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and compliance tasks.
- Basic financial skills, including budgeting, expense tracking, and understanding of property performance metrics.
- Familiarity with property management software and common office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, databases).
- Knowledge of relevant property, tenancy, and health and safety regulations, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or facilities management is strongly preferred.
- Relevant education or professional certifications in real estate, property management, or a related field are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Uxbridge, respond to urgent issues as needed, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Pay: £24,420.00-£35,000.00 per year
