Support Worker – Make a Real Difference

Whether your background is in healthcare, mental health, autism, behaviours of distress, retail, cleaning, coaching or another people-focused role, we’d love to hear from you. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
As a Support Worker, no two days are the same. You’ll support individuals to make their own choices, build independence and enjoy meaningful everyday experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building positive, trusting relationships
- Encouraging independence and positive behaviours
- Supporting activities, exercise, day trips and meals out
- Helping people maintain relationships with friends and family
- Supporting everyday tasks including cooking, shopping, housekeeping and finances
- Providing personal care where required
- Completing clear daily notes and incident records using our IT systems
- Helping individuals develop skills and achieve their personal goals
You will work within our homes, with your full shift based at one location.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1 year UK work experience
- A caring, patient and positive approach
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and willingness to learn
- Confidence using basic IT systems
- Flexibility to work as part of a supportive team
