Especial Agency is a Leicester-based social media marketing agency working with a growing portfolio of food, hospitality and lifestyle brands. We're looking for a confident, camera-natural individual to become the recurring on-camera face across our client content - someone our audiences start to recognise and trust.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the face in front of the camera for short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok) across a range of client brands - think food reveals and reactions, "what I'm wearing/using today" style content, product try-ons, and general lifestyle-driven UGC. Some shoots are fully scripted; others just need your natural personality and reactions on camera. You won't be the same character for every brand - you'll be briefed differently depending on which client we're filming for that day.
What we're looking for
- Comfortable and natural on camera - no acting training required, but you should be able to take direction and deliver a line, a reaction, or a review convincingly
- Reliable and punctual - shoots are scheduled around client opening hours and quiet periods, so timekeeping matters
- Flexible availability - our clients range from daytime hospitality venues to late-evening food spots, so shoot times vary week to week rather than following a fixed shift pattern
- Genuinely comfortable trying different products and cuisines on camera
- Based in or able to travel around Leicester
The details
- Part-time, contracted work - paid per shoot/hour, not a fixed salary
- £20–£30 per hour depending on experience and the client brief
- Shoots are typically booked in advance with notice, not last-minute
- This is a self-employed contractor arrangement - you'll invoice for your hours
