Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Studio Cleaner & Tech Tester to maintain a clean and organised environment within our studio. This role involves performing thorough cleaning tasks and testing technical equipment to ensure optimal functionality. The successful candidate will contribute to a safe, hygienic, and efficient workspace, supporting the smooth operation of our studio facilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cleaning of studio spaces, including floors, surfaces, and equipment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Use commercial cleaning products and janitorial tools to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assist with organising storage areas and disposing of waste appropriately
- Test various amps, drums PAs and other equipment to ensure they are functioning correctly
- Report any faults or malfunctions in equipment promptly for maintenance or repair
- Maintain cleaning schedules and keep records of tasks completed
- Follow health and safety guidelines during all cleaning and testing activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with testing technical equipment is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures related to cleaning and equipment testing
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and technical accuracy
