,Thorburn Landscapes are looking for an enthusiastic Gardener/Horticulturalist to join our Garden Maintenance team.

About the Role
- Full range of horticultural tasks across private residences and estates
- Ongoing variety to keep the role interesting and rewarding
- Working with sustainable and ecological practices where possible
- Client interaction and communication, ensuring excellent service
- Coordinating with management on client requirements
- Using our mobile app to complete site forms and updates
- Maintaining top standards across all garden spaces
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar gardening or horticultural role
- Strong plant knowledge and horticultural passion
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Comfortable using a smartphone for work-based apps
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and a positive team player
