Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for the opportunity to build and lead a brand-new domiciliary care branch with the backing of an established and successful provider?
We're recruiting two Registered Managers to launch new services in Bishops Stortford and Rickmansworth. You'll be joining a highly respected care provider with ambitious growth plans, giving you the opportunity to shape your own service while benefiting from the support and infrastructure of an experienced senior leadership team.

What's on Offer?
- Salary of £50,000 per annum

- Reporting directly to the Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Register and manage the domiciliary care service with CQC.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care.
- Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing care team.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, policies and legislation.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals and local stakeholders.
- Drive business growth through community engagement, networking and business development.
- Monitor quality, compliance and service performance through audits and continuous improvement.
- Manage branch budgets, staffing levels and operational performance.
- Lead, motivate and support your team to deliver exceptional care outcomes.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up within domiciliary care.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (essential).
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to grow a domiciliary care service.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
