Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and efficiency
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery during busy service hours
- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures diligently
- Support the kitchen team in plating dishes attractively and accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent service
- Serve food to guests when required, providing friendly and professional interaction
Experience
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Experience in meal preparation in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving guests
