Termstall Ltd is a well-established and respected fencing contractor based in Manchester, delivering high-quality fencing solutions across the North West for 50 years. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team and take ownership of our ongoing and upcoming projects
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple fencing projects from contract award through to completion. You’ll ensure that work is delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution, and client communication
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination
- Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management
- Identify and resolve any project issues proactively
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role within construction, ideally fencing or groundworks
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and project management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of H&S and quality standards
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS card and SMSTS (desirable but not essential)

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
