Project Manager – Translation & Localisation

About the Role
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the main link between our clients, our linguists, and our internal teams. You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that every translation we deliver meets the highest standards of quality and service.
This role requires someone with experience in the translation industry who can manage multiple projects, anticipate client needs, and deliver tailored solutions that meet strict compliance standards.
What You’ll Do
Project Management
- Manage translation and localisation projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate with linguists, suppliers, and colleagues using tools such as Wrike and Zoho CRM to ensure smooth project workflows.
- Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, including high-value or regulated assignments, and ensure all deliverables meet industry compliance standards.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developing trust and understanding their business priorities.
- Develop a deep knowledge of clients’ sector, regulations, and communication requirements to deliver highly tailored solutions.
Quality & Compliance
- Perform thorough quality checks on all deliverables before client delivery to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 17100:2015, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, and ISO 5060:2024 across all stages of delivery.
Collaboration & Growth
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and linguists throughout each project.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams to support business growth through excellent service.
- Contribute ideas for improving efficiency, client satisfaction, and internal processes.
- Support continuous improvement and help implement innovative translation/localisation workflows.
Who You Are
You are an organised, empathetic professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering work that makes a real difference. You take pride in understanding client goals and exceeding expectations.
Essential:
- At least three years of project management experience in translation, localisation, or multilingual communication, preferably in regulated or specialised sectors such as medical, legal, or technical industries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and organisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a genuine interest in developing client relationships.
- Practical experience in translation/localisation workflows is essential; degree-level education is desirable but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools such as Wrike or Zoho CRM.
- A proactive approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Desirable:
- Experience working in ISO-certified or regulated industries.
- Additional languages or international experience.
- Familiarity with translation or localisation workflows.
