Finance & Office Administrator (Part-Time)
6 hours per week (preferably over 2 days, 3 hours per day)

About the job
This is a varied and hands-on finance and office administration role, ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, accurate and running smoothly. You will support the finance and operations teams with day-to-day administration, supplier queries, purchasing support and record keeping, helping ensure the office and wider business have what they need to operate efficiently.
- Processing supplier invoices, including contacting suppliers for copy invoices, resolving pricing queries and requesting credit notes where required.
- Reconciling supplier statements and helping maintain accurate financial records.
- Assisting the Operations Coordinator with stock control, storeroom organisation, PPE requirements and workwear.
- Supporting fuel card analysis and collecting receipts for accurate record keeping.
- Collecting and reconciling staff credit card receipts.
- Updating spreadsheets and maintaining organised records.
- Assisting with purchasing, raising purchase orders, machinery hire, waste disposal and skip hire arrangements.
- Supporting debt chasing in a professional and approachable manner.
- Filing paperwork and helping keep office systems tidy, accessible and up to date.
