We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our team of delivery drivers.
All candidates will be considered, however a clean driving licence is essential.
We have 2 vacancies to fill with slightly different hours
Vacancy 1
Full Time: Hours of work: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday (5 Days a week) 5:00am-12:00pm. (35 Hours per week) finish time may be flexible depending on the business needs but a minimum or 7 hours per day are guaranteed.
Vacancy 2
Full Time: Hours of work: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday (5 Days a week) 6:00am-12:00pm. (30 Hours per week) finish time may be flexible depending on the business needs but a minimum or 6 hours per day are guaranteed.
The purpose of this role is to efficiently deliver orders to customers containing a wide range of goods such as,
- Fresh Produce
- Fruit & Vegetable
- Cheese & Dairy
- Food Service Lines
- Nuts & Dried Goods
Duties & responsibilities to include:
- Delivering orders to a wide range of customers
- Working to a delivery route schedule ensuring deliveries are made as quickly & efficiently as possible
- Maintaining a clean & tidy vehicle at all times
- Recording vehicle temperatures on a daily basis
- Recording vehicle safety checks via a third party app
- Ensuring food safety policies are being followed at all times
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are being followed at all time
- To be able to work as part of a close team
- Using a vehicle fleet check app to ensure your vehicle is operating safely
Pay: £13.02 per hour
