Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting an experienced Band 7 Physiotherapist to join a specialist Cardiovascular Rehabilitation and Community Respiratory Service in Jersey.

About the Role
As a Band 7 Physiotherapist specialising in Cardiovascular Rehabilitation and Community Respiratory, you will provide specialist assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for patients with complex cardiorespiratory conditions.
You will work autonomously as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients across community rehabilitation pathways while contributing to service improvement and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose and treat patients with complex cardiorespiratory conditions
- Manage an advanced clinical caseload across cardiovascular rehabilitation and community respiratory services
- Deliver specialist cardiovascular rehabilitation programmes
- Support patients with complex co-morbidities and chronic respiratory conditions
- Provide expert advice to patients, families and healthcare professionals
- Deliver education and training to healthcare staff and community teams
- Contribute to audits, service development and quality improvement initiatives
- Supervise and support Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Assistants and students
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registration
- Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) membership
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
- Strong cardiorespiratory physiotherapy background
- Experience in cardiovascular rehabilitation
- Community respiratory physiotherapy experience
- Experience supporting breathlessness rehabilitation programmes
- Previous experience supervising junior staff
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary working skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
