Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our caring team at Wisteria Lodge in Hampshire as part of homes expansion plan ( from 30 bed to 39 beds) . In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by delivering exceptional care and support. This position offers an opportunity to work within a warm, supportive environment committed to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the senior team.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and update care plans as needed.
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for all residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure high standards of care.
- Support the team in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the home.
- Uphold the company's ethos of providing outstanding care in a warm, homely setting.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and compassion.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping purposes.
- A valid driving license is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of care plans and procedures is advantageous.
- A genuine desire to make a positive difference in residents' lives.

Pay: £12.85-£13.35 per hour
