Experience Essential
Due to the nature of our business and the immediate requirements of these roles, previous kitchen experience is essential for all positions.
Responsibilities
Depending on the role, duties may include:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality food to company standards.
- Assisting with food preparation and service during busy periods.
- Supporting daily kitchen operations and maintaining efficient workflows.
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
- Assisting with stock rotation, inventory management, and waste reduction.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent service.
- Supporting menu development and seasonal specials.
- Supervising and training junior team members (Senior Roles).
- Managing kitchen operations, food quality, and team performance (Head Chef & Sous Chef).
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is essential.

- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Additional Requirements by Role
Head Chef
- Proven leadership experience.
- Kitchen management, stock control, and menu development experience.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Sous Chef
- Experience supporting kitchen management and supervising service.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Commis Chef
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen.
- Desire to develop culinary skills and progress within the industry.
Chef's Assistant
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience required.
- Willingness to support all areas of kitchen operations.
