We specialise in adventure travel, cultural tours and carefully planned international experiences designed to be both exciting and dependable.
We are looking for an Adventure Travel Coordinator who can support the planning and delivery of memorable travel experiences. You will coordinate itineraries, communicate with customers and suppliers, and help ensure every booking runs smoothly from the first enquiry through to the traveller’s return.
This is a mid level coordination role with no executive or senior management responsibilities. You will work closely with the wider travel operations and customer service teams while taking ownership of your assigned bookings and travel programmes.

Varied Responsibilities:
No two days are exactly the same. You may be arranging accommodation, confirming transport, preparing travel documents or supporting customers with itinerary changes.
Professional Development:
You will receive ongoing training in travel operations, destination knowledge, booking systems and customer service. We encourage employees to develop their skills and build a long term career within the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Process reservations accurately and maintain up to date customer and supplier information within the company booking system.
Customer Communication:
Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, provide booking updates and explain travel arrangements clearly.
Supplier Coordination:
Communicate with hotels, transport providers, tour guides and other travel partners to confirm availability, pricing and booking requirements.
Travel Documentation:
Prepare booking confirmations, payment schedules, travel vouchers and other documents required before departure.
Booking Changes:
Assist with itinerary amendments, cancellations and unexpected travel disruptions while keeping customers informed.
Quality Control:
Review booking details carefully to ensure names, dates, destinations and services are accurate before final confirmation.
Internal Support:
Work closely with the travel sales, customer service and finance teams to ensure bookings are completed efficiently.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in travel coordination, tour operations, customer service, hospitality or a similar role.
Travel Knowledge:
A good understanding of international travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, transport coordination and customer documentation.
Organisation:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage several bookings, deadlines and customer requests at the same time.

A genuine interest in helping customers enjoy safe, organised and memorable travel experiences.
