Responsibilities
- Apply makeup professionally for a variety of occasions including weddings, photoshoots, fashion shows, and special events.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and desired looks.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness of all makeup tools and products.
- Stay updated with the latest makeup trends, techniques, and products.
- Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring punctuality and excellent customer service.
- Provide advice on skincare and makeup products suitable for individual clients.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and other creative professionals to achieve desired visual outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in makeup application with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet client expectations.
- Knowledge of current makeup trends, techniques, and products.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism.
- Organised approach to scheduling appointments and managing multiple clients.

This is a Self-employed position, we are flexible either a percentage of takings or a chair rental.
