We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized Padel Club Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and spearhead our coaching and class programs. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about padel, possesses excellent leadership skills, and excels at community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management: Develop, schedule, and implement padel classes, training clinics, tournaments, and social events.
Operations & Bookings: Manage court schedules, coordinate with coaches, and oversee the court booking system.
Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for members and guests, ensuring an exceptional club experience.
Growth & Marketing: Help promote club activities to drive class attendance and new memberships.
Qualifications & Experience:
A deep knowledge of and passion for the sport of padel.
Proven experience in sports management, hospitality, event coordination, or a similar organizational role.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic, outgoing personality.
Ability to work flexible hours, to match club peak times.
