As a senior technical leader in our ISP Network Design organisation, you’ll shape next generation capabilities that enhance and enable the broadband experience for millions of customers across EE, BT and Plusnet. Building on the foundations of BT Group’s unparalleled network, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across our Networks division to grow and extend our network leadership, ensuring we continue to deliver brilliant, customer first connectivity.
This role is a member of the ISP network design team, with responsibility for end-to-end design, optimisation and performance across our Consumer and Business brands – EE, BT, Plusnet and Broadband One. Working alongside domain specialists and in collaboration with senior colleagues from across Networks, it holds design ownership of end-to-end broadband networks, centred on ISP platforms and considering impact across peering, core, access and in-home networks. It ensures that solutions across all networks are optimised to provide the best network experience for customers at optimal cost, and is evidenced by independent benchmarking, internal metrics, budgets and cost reduction targets.
