Position: Head Housekeeper

We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment for both our guests and staff, and we're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team.
Role Overview: As Head Housekeeper, you will play a key role in ensuring that the hotel’s cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction standards are consistently met. You’ll lead and supervise our housekeeping team, ensuring that every area of the hotel meets the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
- Oversee daily cleaning operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Ensure all housekeeping duties are completed to a high standard, with attention to detail.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of cleaning supplies, and place orders as necessary.
- Implement and maintain cleaning schedules and checklists for all hotel areas.
- Train, develop, and support housekeeping team members.
- Work closely with the Front of House and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to managing the housekeeping team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.
