We have an exciting new vacancy for a Spa Therapist to join our team at The Sprowston Manor Hotel & Country Club. Your duties will include:
- Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and waxing, ensuring a hygienic, and relaxing experience for guests.
- Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge to Deliver to recommend services and treatments to guests.
- Drive retail sales by confidently recommending spa products tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain accurate client records, tracking treatment history and feedback to enhance customer care.
- Keep the spa environment immaculate, ensuring treatment rooms and equipment are always clean, well-organised, and professionally presented.
- Monitor and replenish spa inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
Ideal candidate:
To excel in this role, you must have strong communication and customer service skills, previous experience in a spa environment, qualified to NVQ level 3 in Spa Therapy.
