Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to achieve high standards of cleanliness
- Ensure trash is emptied regularly and waste is disposed of in accordance with safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, or polishing as needed
- Restock cleaning supplies and amenities such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and maintain hygiene standards
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to the appropriate personnel
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts in the morning or evening
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and collaborate with team members
- A positive attitude and proactive approach toward maintaining a safe and sanitary environment
